Sales terms

Purchase is regulated by the standard terms of sale for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet provided below. Consumer purchase means the sale of goods to a consumer who does not primarily act as part of a business, and where the seller engages in commercial activities with the sale of goods over the Internet. The contract has been prepared and recommended for use by the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

Consumer purchases over the Internet are primarily regulated by the Contract Act, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act, and these laws provide consumers with non-negotiable rights. The terms of the contract should not be understood as limiting the statutory rights, but rather as setting out the parties' most important rights and obligations for the transaction. The seller may choose to offer the buyer better terms than those set out in these terms of sale. In cases where the contract does not provide a direct solution to an issue, the contract must be supplemented with relevant statutory provisions.

The Agreement:

The agreement between the buyer and the seller consists of the information the seller provides about the purchase in the ordering solution in the online store (including, among other things, information about the type of goods, quantity, quality, other characteristics, price, and delivery terms), any direct correspondence between the parties (such as email), and these terms of sale. In the event of a conflict between the information the seller has provided about the purchase in the ordering solution in the online store, direct correspondence between the parties, and the terms and conditions of sale, the direct correspondence between the parties and the information provided in the ordering solution will take precedence over the terms of sale, provided it does not conflict with binding legislation.

Delivery:

Delivery time is 6-12 working days (from when the item is sent from our warehouse). Delivery is considered to have taken place when the buyer or his representative has taken possession of the item. If the delivery time is not indicated in the ordering solution, the seller shall deliver the item to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the customer. The item shall be delivered to the buyer's address unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Payment:

The seller may require payment for the goods from the time they are sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card for payment, the purchase amount will be reserved on the card at the time of the order for up to 4 days. The card will be charged when the order is shipped. If payment is made by credit card, the law on credit purchases, etc. will apply.

Right of Withdrawal:

(You must always contact us before returning a package) According to the right of withdrawal and the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to return a purchased item. You must pay for the return postage if you use the right of withdrawal. If the item you have received is defective or has any deficiencies, you can complain about it in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. A consumer may withdraw from the agreement without stating any reason within 14 days after receiving the item or after 1 year if information about the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The consumer must notify the service provider if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline is considered to have been met if the notification is sent before the deadline expires. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but for evidential purposes, it should be in writing. If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, the service provider must reimburse all costs charged to the consumer (except shipping costs).
